  • Yes. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the fee is received and your agreement is signed.

  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date, as outlined in your rental agreement. Full payment must be completed before event day access is granted.
